Reviews and Ratings
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The non-smoking rooms were fine, but the lack of Wi-Fi was a letdown. On the bright side, our room had a nice jetted tub, which we appreciated since the hot tub and pool were unavailable. The standout service from Crystal and Fernando, just as personable as Corinne, made a lasting impression.
The hotel room was spacious and spotless, equipped with a Kurig coffee maker, microwave oven, and refrigerator, offering great value for money. However, I wasn't informed that the rooms were non-smoking during booking. Overall, the room size and cleanliness were impressive, but the lack of smoking notification was a downside.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable and clean, although I ended up with breakfast vouchers with limited menu options. The service was exceptional with friendly staff and efficient problem-solving, but lacking slightly in interpersonal skills. The location was convenient, close to various places to go but situated near a major freeway intersection. The dining was average at an additional cost, and the facilities met expectations overall.
